Members may close their account at any time by contacting toti88 customer support. Before closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

Toti88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account with or without prior notice in the following situations:
